33ishpatina ridgeBy popular request we are starting to add some of our expedition and workshop members favourite meals that are super tasty, nutritious and shhhhhh…. simple!

Come back often to check to see what’s new! Maybe one day we’ll have enough to print a cook book but for now- a web page will do!

One thing to note with all of our recipes: don’t be afraid to go outside the box! Use what you have in your cupboards before going out and buying new stuff.  Nobody likes to have 6 different flours, 4 rices, 5 kinds of sweeteners and 8 different nuts or seeds. It clutters the shelf and it’s unnecessary. Usually my recipes change and evolve because I am using different ingredients all the time. Just go with the flow and don’t be afraid to have fun!!
